First, the value is great, second, the food is amazing. Lastly, the service is really great. Love it!
Have to be honest I was pleasantly surprised. The new chicken sandwiches are really good.
Good food at a higher price compared to most fast food places which I expect from a Hardee's. Wait times are kind of long, and most of the employees aren't very friendly. No one there really seems to try to give a good customer experience, except for one younger girl who is very friendly. I go here decently often, not for the experience but for the food.
I love Hardee's breakfast over McDonald's. But they are so inconsistent. I arrive in drive thru I'm the only car there. I'm asked to wait. After sometime of no one answering I drive off to see the girl at the widow talking to someone in a vehicle. Seriously. The next day I arrive again and they don't have there lights on. Needs serious improvement.
